Job Description

Become part of Faysal Bank as Digital Trainee Officer.

This is a flagship trainee program to hire talented fresh graduates for our following mentioned departments:

• Information Technology

• Digital Banking

• Advanced Analytics & Innovation

• Digital Marketing

Under the mentorship of senior managers, the program aims to impart the best in class training to selected candidates with the objective to transform them into seasoned professionals and future leaders of the bank.

Key Program Features: Starting Grade OG-II

Starting salary PKR 70,000/- with an annual pay raise plan

Classroom and on-the-job training

Mentorship from senior managers

Bank’s sponsored master's degree program in relevant discipline

Post-Training

Digital Trainee Officers will be posted in their respective departments to start on-the-job training

They will complete assigned tasks, assist senior managers in day-to-day activities

Trainees will be expected and encouraged to use creativity in order to add value to the departmental tasks, policies, processes, etc

Eligibility Criteria:

16 years of education with a major in Computer Science or Software Engineering or in a related discipline from a reputed local or international university

Fresh graduate or experience of up to one year

Creative, problem solver, analytical

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills coupled with an ambition to learn and grow
