The Business Development Manager is responsible for using all tools at their disposal to develop members of the B2B sales team to prospect, build relationships, qualify leads, and set appointments with businesses such as a head shop, smoke shop, and legal dispensary channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an Industry expert on all products and services TVape offers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set out for the B2B Sales Team
  • Train members of the B2B sales team to prospect, build relationships, qualify leads, and set appointments
  • Developing and implementing plans to increase the Performance of the B2B Sales team
  • Monitoring and making necessary adjustments to any B2B Development Plans
  • Monitor the Performance of members of your B2B sales team and provide guidance to improve their performance
  • Presenting progress reports to management on sales metrics, development of team members, and development project
  • Creation of documentation outlining sales processes, reach-out templates, and performance metrics
  • Close new leads for business by leveraging the appointments set by Business Development Representatives
  • Maintaining the team’s momentum and high energy

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or related role
  • 3+ years of experience making B2B sales via cold calling
  • 2+ years experience managing Business Development Projects
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and CRM software
  • Strong Leadership and Management abilities
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer-centric orientation with an ability to quickly build strong rapport and keep customers engaged

  • Work with the Principals in outreach and recruitment of quality local Teachers especially in difficult locations, In charge of approving Teacher transfers and promotion recommendations
  • Conduct a minimum 1 classroom observation on every visit and ensure consistency in feedback

Quality of Schools

  • Develop a clear action plan for struggling schools in the area, implementation, and regular follow-up to ensure improvement
  • Plan and develop strategies for area improvement (through AIP) clearly linked to the whole school and area improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong command of English and Urdu
  • Proficiency in using computers (MS Office, Internet, etc.) Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills

EDUCATION

Bachelors/Master’s Degree preferably in Education
EXPERIENCE

3-4 Years of teaching as well as managerial/administrative experience
