Job Description:

We are looking for a strong candidate that forms a key part of our Data team, enabling us in achieving the business goals. The candidate can also carry out all tasks related to Data & Business Intelligence & ML. Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data. You will commonly work with a variety of different types of data, including customer care, sales, Operations, supply chain etc.

Job Responsibilities:

A Operations Analyst typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Performing data analysis tasks such as building reports, identifying trends, and making recommendations based on findings.
• Communicating with management regarding research findings, presenting reports
• Recommending improvements to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings.
• Developing models that can be used to predict future outcomes based on current trends.
• Interpreting data to identify patterns and relationships between different variables.
• Utilize Power BI to design and develop interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Develop value-driven reports, building KPIs, analysis, and dashboards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor in IT/Computer Sciences or any other related field.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in the related field.
• knowledge experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and 'outside of the box'.
• Strong Grip Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, creating custom visuals, and designing interactive reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies
